Amy Greene

Amy Greene grew up at First Baptist and says that "being a missionary was nowhere on my 'to be' list when I became an adult." However, God captured Amy's heart for missions when she graduated from college and led her to Belgium where she is now working with nationals to disciple the Belgian youth. Amy is working to build relationships in the community which means hanging out where the youth gather, attending camps throughout the year, and getting involved in community activities. She is on staff with the high school and college-aged youth groups, disciples some of high school women and has a "Girls' Night Out" once a month. Amy also tutors in English and simply makes herself available to the students. When the youth are ready to check out church, Amy is there to help them make the transition.
