Before joining the pastoral staff in 1991, Terry's first career was in the teaching profession. His first challenge at First B was in developing and leading support and premarital ministries. Following that season, he was involved in developing a membership and equipping track for the church. He is presently overseeing the development of a marriage ministry with an emphasis on marriage and family counseling.
