Larry and his wife, Cindy, come to us from Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Oregon. They have three daughters, Caitlyn, Megan and Shelly, who was recently married and lives in Salem.

Larry's spiritual gifts are leadership and compassion. He loves to laugh, loves to eat and loves people. While his heart beats to contemporary music, Larry appreciates a broad variety of musical styles, having experience in and a love for all kinds of choral music. He brings a rich selection of music to the worship ministry.

Larry lists "passion" as something vitally important to worship. "Our passion reflects what is going on in our hearts. What are you passionate about" We live in the Disneyland of the world, where people are passionate about their own entertainment and self-gratification. What do we need to be most passionate about every day? The God Who redeemed us from the pit! How do we express that passion freely together? We tend to be so reserved about this, and there is balance, but having an atmosphere where we are free to worship Almighty God is something I care about."

Larry's dream for our church is that we will become a group of believers who worship God so purely and truly that others would see this, and we would see a real move of the hand of God in our time of worship.
